The primary purpose of the ABTOC is to support Allatoona High School and the Allatoona High School Basketball Program. ABTOC aims to facilitate open communications and foster a positive relationship between the Club and the high school. ABTOC shall conduct all financial activities in accordance with these Bylaws and the approved budget. As a tax-exempt entity under the Internal Revenue Code, ABTOC will operate in accordance with nonprofit guidelines and amendments as adopted by its voting membership. We reserve the right to remove a player and/or players parent/gaurdian in both our Youth program and our JR BUCS Middle School program if their behavior is deemed to be unacceptable
